Whether dominating the racetrack or out for a pleasure ride, motorcyclists know how important clear, crisp vision is. Traditionally, riders deal with changing light conditions by carrying two shields (one clear, one tinted) with them at all times. Transitions® adaptive shields not only eliminate the need to carry multiple shields, they actually enhance vision by seamlessly adjusting to optimized darkness levels with the changing light.

When Transitions® shields are exposed to UV light, trillions of photochromic molecules in the shield begin to change structure. This reaction is what causes the shields to darken. The superiority of Transitions' brand technology lies in their exclusive, patented formulas. The molecules constantly and smoothly re-calibrate so the optimal amount of light reaches your eyes whether you're in bright sunlight or under cloud cover.

Pinlock:

The Shoei CWR-F2 Transitions® Pinlock® Ready Face Shield is compatible with the CWR-F2 Pinlock® EVO Lens Insert (sold separately). Pinlock® lens insert technology is a revolutionary solution designed to combat visor fogging, a common issue faced by motorcyclists. This system utilizes a unique double visor setup where a Pinlock® insert, made of a moisture-absorbing material, is attached to the inside of the helmet's main visor through a secure, yet easily adjustable pin system. The space between the Pinlock® insert and the visor creates an insulating air pocket, effectively preventing the temperature difference that causes fogging. This ensures clear vision for riders in various weather conditions, enhancing safety and comfort.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We do our best to ship on the same day as your order. Your package should arrive in 3 business days. If we know it is going to take longer than 3 business days to get it out to you, we will let you know so you can decide if you would still like the product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

We will accept returns or exchanges on new, unused product within 30 days of your shipment being marked as delivered by the shipping company. Please contact us for a return authorization. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in re-sellable condition. To ensure that your item is approved, make sure the item is in new and unused condition, and has all the original packaging. For returning helmets, boots, or other items that come in a box, do not use the original product box for shipping – this will negate your refund request. Please put them in an external shipping box to avoid any damage during the shipping process.

Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' or ‘tried on the bike’ is considered used and cannot be returned. We recommend trying on your gear indoors, for example, walking around in your boots in your home, or trying on your helmet while watching TV.

There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions. Special Orders may be subjected to a restocking fee.

Buyers cover return shipping costs. For exchanges over $99, we will ship the new size to you free of charge.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Electrical items (such as Intercom devices, bluetooth systems, cameras, heated gear, etc), helmets, consumables, special order items, base layers (including balaclavas and socks), clearance items, gift cards, and products listed as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

BACKORDERS AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCT

We do our very best to keep our website’s inventory up to date, however, item availability changes very quickly and sometimes items will be backordered or discontinued. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible, and we will always try to provide similar options for you to choose from. For backordered items, you are not obligated to wait and can receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

Some items listed “available” online are not stocked in our storefront on an ongoing basis. If you have seen something online that you wish to see in-store, we recommend that you call ahead to see if we have the item, or make arrangements to order it in if we do not. Most items can be ordered in within one to two business days.
